Test Center

The physical and chemical inspection center is an organization specialized in the analysis and detection of rare and refractory metals. It is an important research and development platform of Xi'an field company. It has carried out analysis and detection work for 45 years. Covering an area of 2500 square meters, the laboratory has 63 sets of large and medium-sized testing equipment, covering all the items of chemical composition, mechanical, physical properties and metallographic examination of metal materials. There are 67 employees in the physical and chemical testing center, of which more than 30% have bachelor degree or above.

Up to now, the physical and chemical testing center has set up more than 320 subjects of various types, and participated in the preparation / revision of 82 national and industrial standards, involving titanium, zirconium, hafnium, tungsten, molybdenum, tantalum, niobium, etc.; it has developed a set of "titanium alloy reference materials", applied for 5 patents, and published more than 500 papers of various types.

The center is a laboratory recognized by China National Accreditation Commission for conformity assessment (CNAs), and has the membership of ILAC-MRA international laboratory cooperation organization multilateral recognition agreement, and the accreditation covers 155 items in 12 categories.
