Stainless Steel Fiber Media

Stainless steel fiber media is made of metal fiber in micrometer through webbing, lapping, and high temperature sintering. Stainless steel fiber media which has pore diameter grades formed by layers of different pore size can achieve higher filtering accuracy and larger dirt holding capacity than single layer media. Stainless steel fiber media has uniform pore size, high permeability and mechanical intension.

Performance :

Bubble point pressure is detected according to international standard ISO4003

Air permeability tested according to international standard ISO4022

Air permeability is measured at 200 Pa pressure in air

Filtration performance as reference data, orders subject to inspection certificate

Double-sided felts can be made according to customer requirements, with maximum size of 1200 x 1500mm
