Five-layer Sintered Laminates

Five-layer Sintered laminates is made of different diameter wires and meshes distributed in a certain sequence, through high temperature sintering. Five-layer Sintered laminates has higher strength than stainless steel fiber media, better permeability than metal powder products. Five-layer Sintered laminates has a series of advantages, like uniform distribution of pore size, high temperature resistance, weldability, renewability, long lifespan, etc.

Performance :

Bubble point pressure is tested according to international standard ISO4003

The air permeability was tested according to the international standard ISO4022

The air permeability is the value measured under the pressure of 1000Pa, and the medium is air

The filter performance is the reference data, and the order is subject to the inspection certificate

Can be customized according to customer needs, the number of layers ranges from 1 to 900 layers. 

The maximum size is 1000 × 1000mm.
